Whitelist for exe files inside rar

Hi,
For the next release it would be nice if it was possible to create a whitelist for certain exe files that are in rar files.
The website via which I download have a little exe inside their rars for reversing the name of the enclosed file.
Now my download stops everytime it is detected.
