Fluctuating Speeds On SSL Port 563

Post by TwoBells » Tue Sep 12, 2017 10:06 pm

In the last few days I have had fluctuating speeds on port 563. Usually, I get a rock solid 38mbps; however, as I mentioned, in the last few days the speed varies between 2-15mbps. I've run extensive checks and it seems that the fault lies with the NL usenet server.

Any advice would be great.

thanks in advance.
