You aedwards it was indeed that and I am happy Ive found out a few weeks ago. Im dissapointed NOBODY ever emailed me back from tech support but at least I got it working. Downloaded version 3.8 deleted the appdata folders...installed it. Check the folders to make sure they have been created and were empty...then tried the program and same thing.
I downloaded some headers...quit and restart and nothing was showing.

The problem I have its very odd indeed since it was working fine before I upgraded the latest version and both VISTA 64 and XP SP3 are fresh installations. I have used YOURUNINSTALLER to remove all I can plus manually deleting the folder with all the headers and stuff like that its stored. So far no...

Tried it several times...tried also the beta and still the same issue.

Yes I have old checked and same problem. Ive tried everything I know about the program since Ive been using it for a long time now but no luck so far.

One more piece of info.
If I downloaded say, the latest 1 million headers then they will remain there if I restart the program. Its when I try downloading ALL the headers that I wont be able to see them after a restart.
It happens with all groups ive tried.

This is a brand new xp SP3 installation. I decided to leave all the folders default this time and I still have the same issue. I start downloading a group' headers. Everything looks normal. When I close Newsleecher and reopen it, I cant no longer see the downloaded headers. Its interesting to notice...

I got Vista in a small size partition so I need the cache stuff to go to a folder in drive J:
I am trying but I cant get it to work...right now not even using the default works as I download some headers...then close the program and go to the group and no headers are there anymore.
Help please.
