Re: Beta Support
Yeah, I'm also growing tired of this lack of response to bug reports. I think the devs needs to do more testing.. go and use the client for a few weeks and download a few hundred different sets... there's so many bugs in these beta releases that I fail to see how they're not triggering most of them ...

Re: 8.02: One remark, and one critical bug
Also had this, but I think it was due to anti-virus. Not happened since I excluded the folder.

Re: Put ALL V8 Beta 1 Bug Reports HERE.
Found a work around. Opened NL, went to the news and logs page, and moved the panel divider further to the right. For some reason the news page was continuously reloading itself, and this stopped it doing so. I was then able to open the Register tab in settings and input my details.

Re: Put ALL V8 Beta 1 Bug Reports HERE.
After deleting the newsleecher roaming folder (due to stuck word in super search), I now can't register newsleecher anymore. If I go to settings, the username and password field are disabled, and I can only click the members area button. This button takes me to the website, where I am logged in to ...

Re: Put ALL V8 Beta 1 Bug Reports HERE.
Pre-existing issue with repair and extract freezing all the time with "access violation" errors in nlpar.dll, still exists. It's been reported on the forum by others numerous times over the last few years and I must have personally sent in hundreds of exception reports via the bug report window. Rea...

Extract passwords from NZB header meta data
Please add functionality for NL to automatically inspect NZB headers and look for a password entry in the meta data. Many obfuscated releases now include the pwd in there. Header looks something like: <nzb xmlns="http://www.newzbin.com/DTD/2003/nzb"> <head> <meta type="name">Blah.blah-something</met...

NewLeecher minimizes to tray with any keypress
I've had this before, can't remember which version it was or how it was resolved, but just started happening again after upgrade to b15. Any keypress made while the main NL window is active will minimize the app to the tray! If i try to type in the search or filter boxes it happens, but even while n...

Same here - hoping this can be resolved soon, as you'd be surprise how often happens.

Re: superleech not working atm?
Yeah, I don't mind too much that it's not working, we managed fine before SL, but communication needs to be better. I appreciate that this is a tough bug to resolve.. just update us regularly on progress please. It doesn't take long, and we'd all like to know what's going on.

Re: superleech not working atm?
Same problems, but only for some file sets fortunately. I've had to create supersearch bookmarks in addition to my SL entries, to catch any I'm missing. Rather frustrating, and will hopefully be fixed soon.

Re: Repair n Extract in endless loop
- Download set with a missing .nfo file (included in the parity set, but not in the download set). - Download occurs, but proceeds on to "Ready to Repair" and then hits an endless repair loop. Examining the .par2 set with QuickPar, shows that no additional parity files have been downloaded. The set ...

Re: Repair n Extract in endless loop
This also happens to me occasionally, still happening with v7b6. Almost always occurs on sets with missing .nfo files, as Solaris previously mentioned.
Next time I run in to one, I'll PM you the details Spiral.
