V7 final - Registration problem

Post by iinweed » Mon Jun 13, 2016 6:00 am

Version 7 final
Title bar says " Active package:limited free edition"

"No license associated" when I enter my member details into the "register" fields. Says that NO full superleech and NO full supersearch.

Tried changing password, still no joy.
Both seem to be working, however (time will tell if the schedule kicks off tomorrow morning).

Odd thing is, its registered fine on my backup machine.

Any idea what's going on?

I've just had this exact same problem. The way I got around it was to change my password to a much shorter one (17 down to 10). This seems to have done the trick. 7.0 final is now registered.

Hope this helps.

Bump?

Still doing it (password change trick didn't fix it when I tried it btw).

Scheduled searches also seem to be missing a LOT of posts - If I initiate a manual search for all my entries it finds a pile more articles than the daily scheduled one I have set up.

It does not instill confidence in me that there's been no response to this for months, and I'm also having the same issue on a program I pay for every month. What the fraK?

Please tell me what exactly I'm paying for when the program won't register. The solution on the support page is "download the latest beta," but that link disappeared in May as well.

Nope, this is the Final Release Bug Report area. Kinda figured this was the correct place to post the problem, seeing as everything appears to be working regardless of the reported registration status.
