When starting a new thread, Please make the Subject as descriptive as possible. "Various BXX bugs" or "Help" is not sufficient and leads to the same problem being reported across multiple threads.
Below is an example of the types of information that should be provided with every bug report. Feel free to add whatever you feel is important and could be useful but at the bare minimum, include the information from the list below.
Version: B???
Operating System w/ Service Pack Version:
Installation Method: Upgrade or Full
Type of Installation: Beta or Registered
Number of Servers:
List your provider(s)?
List of antivirus/firewall software installed:
Connections per server: Please list connections for each server
Server priority: Please include one per server
Bug Description:
****************************
Place your description here. In my testing experience, it has been most helpful if you describe your buggy event in chronological order. This helps the programmer follow the logic as he/she has programmed it so they can find where the flow in the code is.
****************************
If relevant for the bug, please include the log file contents too:
Log File Contents:
****************************
Log File Goes Here.

If we all work together we should be able to help eliminate some of the nastier bugs quicker. That way Spiril can concentrate on giving us more features (like posting, bandwidth throttling...). Thanks for everyones participation. I will edit this post with any of your suggestions that I may have overlooked or not thought of.
EDIT: Added Service Pack info. Thanks Salami!
EDIT 2: Added NNTP Provider field as some bugs are specific to certain providers.
