Ok I know the engine isn't down right now. I tried a search from my laptop and I get the "Unable to receive reply from the super search engine" but if I run the same search on my desktop it works fine. I've tried disabling the windows firewall and my Avast! antivirus(which also does some network monitoring) and no change. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Clean up your IE cache (including offline items.). That fixed it for me.
