I am fully subscribed until December, but cannot access any SS results. Is it down? I am running both NL 3.9 and 4.0. SS works on 4.0, but not 3.9. Any thoughts as to what is causing the problem? I am using the alternate SS port.

No Superseach for me either. I'm running 3.9 since the newer version could never work properly for me.
Do we have a time frame for the outage? |

As I understand it continuation of service for SS on 3.9 was not guaranteed a little while after 4.0 became final. It is possible that you may have to upgrade to v4 or above for supersearch.
I'll see if I can get something official on this though.
Problems with the newer versions is usually related to your newsleecher settings, if you clear them out the new version should work fine..
