Problem with "Repair and Extract Destination Manager"

I have some issues with this manager:

First : You get to the "Repair and Extract Destination Manager" window by pressing the : "Repair and Extract archive extract Destination Manager" button. Thats not consistent.

When i have "Repair and Extract Destination Manager" enabled it works when i check the articles, but when use CTRL-Y (Leech Specify) and fill in a destionation folder. It creates the folder, but after downloading and extracting it puts it in the default folder of "Repair and Extract Destination Manager"

Could you make it so that Leech Specify automatically overrules the default folder from "Repair and Extract Destination Manager" ?
