"Pause on ANY RAR-in-RAR Archives" not working

The feature of 'Pause on ANY RAR-in-RAR Archives" was working for me until recently. I am using the latest Beta (v5.0 Beta 13) and even in beta 12 it stopped working a month or so ago when NL locked up and I had to use task manager to shut it down. I use the repair & extract feature and all four radio buttons in that screen are selected...it monitors and extracts my files just fine, but it still downloads a complete multi part article although it has a RAR file inside which is password protected.

I uninstalled NL and then deleted the "C:\Users\Joe\AppData\Roaming\NewsLeecher" folder and re-installed beta 13 from scratch thinking that perhaps it corrupted the settings file, but still no luck.
