"Fetch Key" out of order?

Due to a PC crash I need a new key.

I get this message when I try to fetch one

"The license key generator is temporarily down.
Please try requesting a license key again."

I repeated this several times but in vain.
When will it be on line again?

I have the same problem when I want to get a license key: as of yesterday (when I bought a new key) the website says : "The license key generator is temporarily down. Please try requesting a license key again."

How will I get my license key?
