I just purchased the software, but I am getting an error trying to login to download: "The account associated with the email does not exist, or has been deactivated."

The user name and password I was given are not working. Transaction ID was 531267665.

Still waiting...this is very frustrating. Can you please tell us exactly what is going on? I've been charged and have not been contacted, if you could just provide us with a timetable when we will receive our licenses that would be wonderful. Thanks.

Thanks Magic, it looks like they've resolved the issue. I just logged in and was able to retrieve my key with ease. I think I got a bit anxious when I started noticing so many other users with the same issue. Glad to see that they've got it working now.
