Renewing $2.99/month sub failed, yet money was withdrawn from my card

I tried to renew my $2.99-sub yesterday. For some reason I got the message that the transaction/renewal had failed, yet the money was withdrawn from my card-account.

This means I can't use Newsleecher, I just get this:



No idea why the transaction failed, I have never had any problems using the payment service before.

Explanation: On my bank I have a Mastercard service that allows me to create a virtual Mastercard that works like a proper one. They all start with the number 5299. Perhaps I've triggered some "max amount of card-#'s" which is the reason Newsleecher.com won't accept (it needs to be sorted by an admin).

But I still wonder where my $2.99 went and if an admin/sitemaster can sort this out. I want to be able to use Newsleecher.
