Not all postings are indexed correctly by SS.
I.E. SS-ing for "Galbraak" gives only one result.
When using other web based search engines there are far more results.
Also, SS marks some postings as incomplete, while the postings are perfect.
(using SuperNews and Astraweb as Usenet Provider)
I do hope it is possible to correct the database. |

I SuperSearched something that was posted in boneless (a cesspool of usenet sluts!) It came up missing many files. I pulled headers in boneless. Ran out of ram twice! Took about 24 hrs on a FIOS 40/35 connection!
SuperSearch was wrong - the post was not missing file or incomplete.
Either SuperSerch or it's server Giganews SUCKS!
Wonder which one? I will email support with file names if they want to see what I mean! |
