No answer to support mails?

Hey,

I'm a bit disappointed at the moment.

In a total of 4 times I used the support form on this page and never got a single answer.

2x I wrote about my damaged forum account (had to create a new one now), because it wouldn't work, after I've changed my nick here.

2x I wrote about supersearch, which filters posts by a well known poster.

Is anyone reading those mails?
