Queued articles stay queued after download an do not appear.

Sometimes I have downloads where some the rars stay queued even after they seem to be downloading. Restart shows downloading again but after that they stay queued and do not appear in the download map. This may be a trick from the poster or some bug. Does anybody have the same experience?
If it is only one missing rar, the Pars can sometimes resolve it
