5.0b3 auto pause and filter pause not working

Can someone confirm that the "pause filters: subject" is not working? I know the set does not need the .nzb file but yet it still download it. Also when import from supersearch it adds the par2 automatically to the extract & repair queue for all the sets before it even download. Once it does that all files form the set said its missing but when I ran the set through quikpar all files are there. Newsleecher would download all par files for that set even though i don't need it. I am using Win7 64bit version.
