Unable to grab

Not sure what the problem is. In the super search I can see tons of postings, but when I try to download from some of the groups nothing happens. Most groups work but the occasional one won't. Just shows it in queue as if its downloading..then nothing.
Help would be appreciated.

Check your log when trying to download. Most likely the files you want are not available on the news server.

Hi there, thanks for writing it says

9:24:10 AM ¤ Server response: "430 No Such Article".

How can I get it (the group or other groups) added to the news server?

It most likely isn't a missing group but that the file you want isn't available on the server. Either it has been purged off or it was never on the server.

If you are queuing articles from NZB files or from SuperSearch, be careful to not queue files older than the retention of your news server. For example, SuperSearch has a retention over 700 days but very few news providers offer that kind of retention.

Hi thanks for the reply.
When I did a search on google, I can see the group has had postings as recently as a few days ago. When I do a search of these articles in the super search engine,,,they show up,,,but when I choose them to download...they look like they are downloading...but nothing happens. I think decided to just add the group under my Articles tab, with my other newsgroups. I added the group, and choose to update all the headers possible......nothing shows up....as if the group is empty.

If you get a 430 No Such Article error message when trying to download the articles and the group is empty when you try downloading the group headers, I would say that your news service provider doesn't carry that group. You would need to ask your news provider to carry the group before you can download from them.
