APPLICATION BUG...PLESSE HELP!

ok,well 1st off if i close newsleecher down or restart my pc,newsleecher resets itself,my queue dissapears as does my manager details and also it says speed limit not specified every time.
i downlaoded the new beta as i was having this issue with final release 3.9 and now still issues.
this is now the errir message i get every time i start newsleecher or download.

OH,and for some strange reaosn,it wont let me generate an automatic bug report to the author?
