I just purchased a new PC with Windows 7.
On my old Vista PC, I would get my full 15mb download speed.

On the Windows 7 PC I barely get 2mb according to the speed window in Newsleecher.

I changed compatibility to Vista and XP but still have slow download speeds.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so, have you been able to resolve the issue.

run a speed test at http://www.speedtest.net/ first to be sure your pc is able to go faster. It might be a Win7, or firewall issue. If all that goes well, double check that the nl doesn't have a speed limit set.
