Repair/Extract does not work: No Files In Set.

I dont what is happening right now, but the update to beta12 makes my R´n´E not working anymore.

The download initializes, but is finished immidately with the message:
The files might be missing, because they are triggered by the ignore filter.


But the files are downloaded and I have not set any filters.

Any idea whats going in there? At the moment I cannot verify or repair a download.
