I have tried everything emails to support and posting in forum no reply from newsleecher. My only conclusion is that newsleecher just can not be bothered to fix my problem so I will take my business elsewhere. It was good whilst it lasted but this level of indifference to a customer is just really bad business practice.

I don't agree. I had to contact support too these days because of downspeed issues. They tried everything to help me. But in the end i found the answer myself.

Maybe it depends on what problem you had?

Could not get my license key. Kept saying password was wrong, requested new password nothing. Sent countless emails and requests to support not even one reply.

Your password would have been sent to you via email when you first registered..would be a number/letter combination..

yes I know. I changed it because I could not remember it. The one I now use is one that I have been using for awhile now so I know it is right. Tried to log in because I had to reinstall windows said password was wrong so I requsted a new one. I have yet to receive a new one.

rillyback, I have the exact same issue and ive lost all faith because of it. Not even a response?? Why would our passwords just stop working all of a sudden when we pay for the service? Then when we ask for something as simple as a password reset or an explanation, we cant even get a response.

If I dont hear something soon, and I doubt I will, I too will take my business elsewhere. Shame because it is a kickass program. Its like eating at a restaurant that has awesome food but the service absolutely sucks... Smile

Sorry for the lack of response. I am getting thru the emails as quickly as possible. either I haven't gotten to your email yet or I have replied but they were blocked.

I see that the email address on your forum profile is an AOL address. You need to yell at them for blocking our emails.

You can send me a PM with your order details and I will send you a new password.

The emails from us are flagged as SPAM/Junk by your e-mail provider and automatically Junk Mail filtered (Hotmail/MSN/Yahoo) or outright deleted (AOL, Laposte, Home.nl, @Live, us.army.mil). This will cause problems receiving your registration key/password to the Members page or to the forums. We have requested to have our domain added to an approved SPAM whitelist but the mail administrations are unwilling to do so.

We strongly recommend using a different email address. If you don't have an alternate e-mail address, we recommend you sign up for gmail.com's free e-mail service.

Once I log in successfully Ill make sure and update my member info to my gmail address.

Same problem here and there are some other guys with same problem.
Also send many e-mail and no response. I don't know what else to do now. Crying or Very sad

I recently purchased Newsleecher with the Super Search service. I used my main email address which is NOT one of the banned emails of Newsleecher. I did NOT receive any email with any type of license key or password. I did Not receive instructions on how to get Nerwsleecher to work. I made sure to check my junk mail and did receive two emails from Newsleecher.One thanking me and one confirming my order. I sent tow emails to support requesting assistance with getting my new software to work. Neither email was answered and that was three weeks ago now. I did manage to figure out I needed to install the Newsleecher software first then I was able to request a password for the members forum and then I was able to request a license key. Newsleecher really needs to see to it this issue is fixed as it would cut down on support emails tremendously. I would NOY recommend Newsllecher to my firends as the support sucks to put it bluntly.
