Renewing your license

Postby Smudge » Mon Aug 06, 2007 3:37 am

First a quick recap of the packages we offer.

NewsLeecher Standard - This is the NewsLeecher application only. SuperSearch is in trial mode. It includes 1 year of free upgrades.

NewsLeecher + SuperSearch - This is the Newsleecher application and full SuperSearch access. It includes the 1 year of free upgrades and 1 year of SuperSearch access.

After your license has expired, you are limited to using only the currently available version but you can use it forever. You will not be automatically charged again and must manually renew your license if you wish to continue to receive support and upgrades.

Since the Super Search engine is a service provided and not a program, it is a subscription that you must annually renew if you wish to continue using it.

To renew your license, you will need to complete the order form like normal but enter the email address that is on your current license. The new order will replace the current license so you will want to wait until the current subscription has expired or is just about to so you don't lose license credit.

NewsLeecher + SuperSearch Monthly Subscription

This package includes the Newsleecher application and full SuperSearch access for as long as your subscription is active. If you close the subscription then both NewsLeecher and SuperSearch will stop working.

If you have closed the monthly subscription or it has been closed due to credit card failure, simply place an order again with a valid credit card.

It isn't God I have a problem with. It is his fan club I cannot stand.
