Error about xpath not supported, server response seems ok?

I'm getting the error that xpath search is not supported on all alibis.com servers, but in the log I found this:

Unable to perform server search at server: binaries-east.alibis.com - Server response: 221 subject fields follow.
Unable to perform server search at server: binaries-west.alibis.com - Server response: 221 subject fields follow.

The 221 response seemed ok to me, but NL doesn't like it.

After the error NL seems to continue searching, but I can't be sure about that.
