I just upgraded to Vista Ultimate and newslecher 3.8. I was previously on Xp with 1.5. I cannot download anything. The server connects but then it just goes at approx 1kb/s??? Any ideas??? I have forwarded port 119 in the firewall and i use astraweb as my server.
