I just noticed this happening in 3.9b2, and was fine until i installed it...

If i highlight a set of rars and par2 the par2 are paused.... Great!

If i select ONLY Par2 files and add it to the queeue they are also paused. Before if i selected only par2 files they would be queued and ready for download, and not automatically paused. So i could queue some rar files, then select the par2 files and queue them. In essence it would bypass the options settings that say pause par2 files. It would avoid me having to go to the queue and manually setting them to resume when I know there are missing/corrupt parts and they are not .rar files so the RNE would do nothing for me anyhow. Or if i dl a set and find out one is corrupt, i want to go back to the group and dl the par2 file(s) necessary to repair manually.

Has anyone else noticed this new behavior?

Under the par2 files section in the options all 3 boxes are checked. as they always have been.

bump..

Is this new behavior, because it was never like this before?

When queuing only PAR2 files, they would not be added to the queue as paused. They would be queued normally and download normally. Now, no matter how I add PAR2 files, they are being paused. I have to manually go to the queue tab to "resume" it.

This is especially annoying when I am not using the RNE features because I did not initially queue up the PAR2 files but noticed later that I need one or 2 to repair a broken download.

The "unpause if only par2" option seems to be ignored, I'll add it to the beta2 bugs list.

actually I had a very similar problem I even tried to uninstall
and then reinstall it.... but that didn't help as well
I pretty much gave up - what does it mean that you put it in the bug list
what should I do now? meanwhile I will surf at guitar playing and premium aquatics.
