I may be missing something simple here but:
I use 3 servers and just pull the headers from one.
Is there any way to 'catchup' the other 2 servers? It's just that if I have to pull headers from one of the other servers I would like them to be up to date and not going back over all the old headers.

Nope you can't 
The servers enabled to download header files, will always download all their available headers, regardless what other servers have already done. |
