File Size Display Options?

I've dug through the options and the forums here for this question but it's so vague it's hard to find an answer.

In the search results tab, is it possible to change the file size display to one's liking?

Right now it is displayed as KB, whereas I would prefer to see it listed as MB.



Is this possible?
