NewsLeecher B14 [accessviolation] [.nzb from IE]

[Bionic]

1) Bug Description:
When download/open .nzb directly from "IE" -> NewsLeecher usersetting resets if I run NewsLeecher portable mode

newsLeecher.ini
dataFolder=.\data
tempFolder=.\temp

New settings/folders (data/temp) were then created at my -> Desktop
Which means I would have to create my usersettings all over again stored at -> Desktop, which I dont want.

When executing NewsLeecher directly it reads paths (.\) correct but not when download/open .nzb directly from "IE"

2) Bug Description:
Press Tab -> Explorer -> "right click/bar" -> Name/Size/Item Type/Date modified -> Select More = (((crash)))
