Trying to reset my password as I've recently got a new laptop and want to install Newsleecher but need to get my key.

Getting this error when trying to recover password:

Password Request Error:
The account associated with the email does not exist, or has been deactivated.

Any ideas?

I was also facing the same problem but after following Destroyer link i got desirable result i think you should also follow this link for your key.

I tried that but no one has got back to me... they did state that within 48hrs someone would but they havent.

I'll try again... :(
