I loaded a nzb now this error message pops up non stop:

Bug Data1:
wqewq:: 0 :: 0 :: 3

Bug Data2:
Argument out of range

When your PC crashes or you kill the NL process the database for the NL download queue corrupts. You have to delete all items on the queue and reimport the corresponding nzb.
