Repair & Extract: Cannot Remove Selected

This is extremely annoying- when trying to remove something from the list, the message is "One or more of the sets could not be removed from the list. Make sure the sets are not actively being worked on (verified, repaired, etc.) before removing". I have all the RnE settings unchecked, and RnE is not enabled. I can't exit NL normally- it just hangs- even for days- saying "Waiting for Repair and Extract to finish". So I need to kill it from the Task Manager whenever I get sick if listening to my computer's fan running at full blast, e.g. when I need to talk on the phone or something. Then when I'm done talking on the phone or watching TV etc. and want to start NL again, I get an application error:"Bug Data1: Bug Data2: queue start ge na", and we're back to where we started- literally- everything I've already downloaded is back in the Queue and re-downloading, all the RnE settings are switched back on, and the set still cannot be removed. Wonderful.
