I sent once a mail to support and got an answer but the method proposed did not worked and I ahev still the problem

i used the F12 methods to tell the system no to load sets and then restart, but bug still there...

I am having almost identical problems. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't help. I am cut off with no support as of yet.

I've found that the problem lies with the super search function. I tried restarting and hitting F12, then answering yes to load everything except the last item which was "Loading SuperSearch Results" answer no for this one. It then loaded Newsleecher no problem. Hope this helps.

I have also posted a bug report about this same error. I posted complete screenshots, verbatim error messages, and complete system/scenario information.

I am still waiting on a response....

Make sure to clear your super search before shutting newsleecher down. This will keep the problem from occurring again upon start up.
