I would like to here to tell how I am not happy and disapointed with the product and the team because I am suffering a problem since a year with NO answers from the NL team and this is costing me a lot of money regarding the useless of the product licence and the fee paid to the Servers service...!
I sent once a mail to support and got an answer but the method proposed did not worked and I ahev still the problem
"unable to load Repair & extract sets... sets seem to be corrupted"

Bug Data2:
Access violation at address 008A799E in module 'newsLeecher.exe'. Read of address 00000000
i used the F12 methods to tell the system no to load sets and then restart, but bug still there...
i sent 2 times more questions trough email suppoort form... but no answer...
please provide support to your customers!

| I am having almost identical problems. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't help. I am cut off with no support as of yet. |

I've found that the problem lies with the super search function. I tried restarting and hitting F12, then answering yes to load everything except the last item which was "Loading SuperSearch Results" answer no for this one. It then loaded Newsleecher no problem. Hope this helps.

Seems to be better but still getting up (Bug k2n2n)??????

I have also posted a bug report about this same error. I posted complete screenshots, verbatim error messages, and complete system/scenario information.
I am still waiting on a response....

| Make sure to clear your super search before shutting newsleecher down. This will keep the problem from occurring again upon start up. |
