Tray icon options Gone

I posted in the 5.0b9 thread on this and there's no b10 thread yet, but the options are still missing.

right-clicking the tray icon used to give you options for the speed limiter/etc. which was really handy if i noticed bandwidth being used too much and didn't want to maximize the window (performance could be going slow at that moment), etc.

could we please get the options back in the tray icon? I am unsure as to why they were removed in the first place.

More controls with less screen estate = win all around.

I've just uploaded a test release, featuring a speed limit tray popup menu.

It hasn't been tested properly yet, so please let me know if there're any probs with it.
