Autopause Download when parring / repair / extract

Hi

Could you add an option to pause downloading when parring/repairing and extracting?

On somewhat older computers (2.6GHZ Single Core) newsleecher takes a lot of cpu time and frequently can't even even keep up with checking when download speeds are high.

So my request is a simple option to pause downloading when other operations as checking, repairing or extracting are being performed.

It would make newsleecher more suitable to run in the background and not ruin performance.
