Supersearch missing lots of new headers

Seems that ss is missing lots of headers since ~18 hours. Tons of posts are 99% incomplete or missing entirely or showing exactly 1 header. I'm not absolutely sure if ss is to blame but from the look of things it is since downloading headers shows new posts which do not show up through ss or show up mostly incomplete. Also, other indexers work fine and show no increased amount of incompletes. So this appears to be a NL/SS problem.

Having the same problem for the past week...Really aggravating. I do not like downloading group headers which is why I wanted Supersearch, but it is not finding stuff that I know is there in alt.binaries.multimedia!

Again, past 12 hours of headers are mostly missing. Stuff that does show up is vastly incomplete, often only showing a few headers out of a 16gb collection ... if any at all.

Downloading headers shows zero problems. Everything is complete.

I've got the same problem and it's getting anoying.
Why do I pay for the supersearch service when there seems to be that there's always something wrong with it Question

SS missing many headers from a.b.multimedia and a.b.teevee and many other major newsgroups.

Pretty much everything from last night is missing completely or only partially there. I was able to grab good NZBs from binsearch.info search engine which is FREE! Also complete on nzbclub.com search engine which is also FREE!

I'm glad I pay for this level of service.

And another inconvinient "drop out" happend approx. 10 hours ago. Posts are largely incomplete IF they show up at all (which most don't).

LOL, how about FIXING SS first Spiril ? If you can't then outsource the whole deal and focus on NL while contracting SS services with MysterBin or binsearch.

SS Database is worse than a swiss cheese. It's results are unreliable at best and it has become a habbit to double check everything with FREE search engines. If SS wasn't tied to NL update services no one would subscribe to this BS anymore.

Unfortunately, NL is still by far the best and most comfortable client out there. Integrated SS makes it so much better even but if I have to get more and more NZB's from FREE sites anyway .... what the F do I need NL for ? Sabnzbd is a much better solution if you do not browse groups/search results often and can live with NZB downloads exclusively.
