First of all I want to thank you for fixing the nzb export issue as it was welcoming news. Would it be possible to expand the super search box a bit wider since its a bit cramped now.

Perhaps a known issue, but I haven't used v5 until beta4.

Steps to reproduce:
Make virtual group. Select virtual group by pressing G and selecting it from the menu. Deselect the group via G menu. Select the group again via G menu and notice that the group cannot be selected.

In order to be able to select the virtual group, a different group, virtual or normal, must be selected first. Normal groups does not have this issue.

Question. If i don't want to use the supersearch feature or can't why can i not close the tab?

BTW. The RAR-in-RAR feature is a good one. Congratulations on that.

comodo firewall reports a buffer overflow when trying to run newsleecher..have to ad to exceptions...all appears to run fine though

3 issues so far:
1) Tray Icon still locks up after R&E - Newsleecher has not crashed, but the Tray Icon does not respond to any click, it doesn't matter if I set it to single or double click. Starting a "second" instance of NL is the only way to get the NL windows up again. (since 5b3)
2) The explorer tree on the left side of Explorer Tab does not update at all. (since 5b5)
3) still sometimes non-critical error messages when clicking somewhere in the
SuperSearch Tab (since forever)

I have the "pause rar-in-rar" feature enabled, and it froze NL entirely when I hit one of those files.

i got a buffer overflow detected by comodo defense+
for all people using comodo, add newsleecher.exe or the folder where you installed newsleecher 5 beta 5 in the defense+ settings/execution control settings/exclusions

In the Articles Tab the display still repositions the currently viewed group when finished updating even though it was another group (not being viewed) finished updating.

Updating of groups should not effect the display even if the currently viewed group finishes updating and certainly should not effect the display if another group not being viewed finishes updates.

This only happens when no line item is selected in the currently viewed group but, even though no item is selected, updating of groups, whether the current group or another group should not affect positioning during scrolling or viewing.

It is very disconcerting to have the display suddenly reposition right in the middle of reading a header.

NewsLeecher should always display the most recently posted header when first displaying a group (or multiple groups) or when completing a search - regardless of how sorting is set.

Being forced to use a particular sorting to see the latest post or being forced to scroll to the latest post every time, just because of sort selected is very poor design.

The display should always show the most recently posted header upon opening (Articles Tab & SuperSearch) or completing a search (SuperSearch) but, not when updating (Articles Tab - see my previous post).

I got a monthly subscription but now newleecher tells me :

Reason:
Your licence was expired before the release of this version of Newsleecher.

What's happen?
