Other programs have this ability - eg QBitTorrent - so why doesn't Newsleecher.
Surely we could have an option to either:
Stay Active
Exit Program
Run another Program
Shutdown the PC.
It's a pain in the proverbial having the computer on all night just because newsleecher is sitting there doing nothing.!

I just responded to you in another thread, but to repeat:
1) Start a download.
2) Click on the Queue tab.
3) Click on When Empty. A drop-down menu offers several options including Close Newsleecher and Turn Off Computer.
The other choices are Disconnect From Usenet and Run Command Line. There's also a Command Line Help option.
