No results for days
Anyone else having problems getting any results back? Manual search shows stuff up, but none of the entries in my list are returning anything.

Same here. I believe SuperLeech is broken since V7.0 Beta 7.

Exact reason I'm here. Having the same problem. Shows that never showed up on SuperLeech, but I can find them in SuperSearch. This needs to be FIXED, FAST. Don't need the aggravation.

Same here, but not since Beta 7. It was available and I never upgraded until today in the hope that the upgrade fixed it, but alas no, even with Beta 6 it has been dead close to a week.
I even tried the Newsleecher news server to see if that helped make SuperLeech work, But alas no. Also it was crap, full of missing and incomplete files so I went back to my Astraweb 3 Month setup.

I have tried several versions of newsleecher, but none of them are returning results. There is obviously a real problem here - any chance of getting some support for our money?

If it was a free service then I would not worry, but we pay for this access, so yeah I agree. At least updates every few days would be nice.

Results are Very Sporadic. Many things it doesn't pick up that I can find in SuperSearch. A couple TONIGHT. I'm getting fed up.

Very sporadic indeed - found one thing and missed about a dozen. Guess I will be looking for an alternative if we don;t get some response on here soon.

My Superleecher is out too....
When i asked what's the problem to the support of NL the response is :
- We are looking into it. In our lab here is works. You are using a beta version - and beta can have bugs. So downgrade to Final version on website...
Note that the final version is V5.0 --> IT HAS NOT THE SUPERLEECH FUNCTION !!!
I precise that to the support.
- Response : you have to remove all old folder when installing v.5.
what is the relationship?
As a long time customer of NL, I'm fed up with this kind of response.
Maybe is it a robot that sends made answers?
When i asked what's the problem to the support of NL the response is :
- We are looking into it. In our lab here is works. You are using a beta version - and beta can have bugs. So downgrade to Final version on website...

Well nothing has changed here - was working, now is not - on 2 separate machines. It's not a problem at our end..
Didn't they migrate some of the servers recently? I think that may be the root of the problem.
