Still no answer from support and still can't log into members area. I seem to be an unknown user. In my 10th year as a user as well.

Interesting the graphs on the status page show a massive drop in usage, which would indicate a major issue.

b12 won't register and cant log into members area.. weird

Can't log on to the members area even requested a new password and that one doesn't work either. Also Supersearch isn't functioning. Any ideas when it will be functional?

beta20 also keeps me registered then I noticed in the about box expired September 2010. Sort of explains why beta22 won't show registered. Thing is I swear blind I updated my registration back then but can't find any record so I might have forgot.
