Q:	I have lost my licensekey, what should I do?
A:	Please request a new key from the Members Area.
Q:	My key has expired for some reason, what now?
A:	Please request a new key from the Members Area.
Q:	I have changed my email address since I registered, so now I can't request a new key.
A:	Please mail support with your old email address and your new email address. Also include your order receipt, or other proof of purchase.

A:	If you don't have a credit card, or if your credit card isn't accepted by our order system, please place your order, using our alternative order page. It accepts PayPal, cheque orders, wire transfers, etc..

More good news for users of the new SuperSearch engine!

Now that the SuperSearch article retention has been bumped to 850 days in most groups, the limit for the maximum number of results returned by SuperSearch, also need a bump. So we've just doubled the search results limit from 15.000 to 30.000.

But remember that this only applies to the new SuperSearch engine used by NewsLeecher V4.0 Beta 18 and newer releases.

Also remember that the new SuperSearch engine is currently free to use for *all* NewsLeecher users. Trial users as well as registered users. It will remain free for at least a couple of weeks time.

A quick update to let you know that we've just upgraded the new SuperSearch engine, used by NewsLeecher V4.0 Beta 18 and newer releases.

With the upgrade in place, the advanced SuperSearch filters, like the 'Poster Name' filter, the 'Group Name' filter and the 'Min / Max Size' filters are now working properly.

We've also optimized the turn-around time of the new SuperSearch indexer, so the refresh rate in most of the indexed groups is close to instant (~60 seconds or less).

During the next couple of weeks, the new SuperSearch engine, introduced in Beta 18, is totally free to use for all NewsLeceher users. Trial users as well as registered users. So search away everybody, but remember that the free search period only applies to NewsLeecher V4.0 Beta 18 and newer releases, as older versions of NewsLeceher don't take advantage of the new search engine.
